Your Customisation Options:
All 4 styles shown have the 3D styling to give it that raised effect. Giving a cool puff or raised effect on the stitching. When choosing options, it’s best to pick a thread colour (stitching) that’s the opposite to the colour of the hat to make the embroidery really pop off the cap. Or if you prefer the subtle stealth look, go for black on black because we highly recommend this.

When creating your custom embroidered 3D puff cap hat, please don’t forget to leave us a note to let us know where you’d like your numbers on the cap, Front Left, Centre, Front Right – AND if you also know the measurement/size, please let us know so that we can match it as best we can.

Christmas Delivery Deadline:
Order cut-off date is Monday 21st December for guaranteed delivery within the UK and to arrive just in time for Christmas.

Custom Cap Ordering Information & Process

What Are My Options?

All our custom caps include 1 x front embroidered flat stitch or 3D stitch logo. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the front of the cap. There are many different colour cap options to choose from. If you are ordering 12 or more caps and you are wanting a mixture of cap colours, please note these down in the notes section. If we don’t receive the breakdown of cap colours in the notes we will only order the colour you’ve selected in the order.

Flat Stitch or 3D Embroidery?

When placing your order you will have the option whether you would like your logo to be produced in flat stitch or 3D embroidery.  Please Note: Not all logos can be made into 3D embroidery, this option is best simple big fonts or simple designs. If you have any questions just hit our chat button or send us a quick email with your logo and our design team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What If I Want More Than 1 Logo?

If you’re wanting additional logos on your hat, simply select the options you’d like to add. A second logo digitisation fee of £20 will automatically be added to your order and each additional embroidery will cost £3.50. Once you’ve selected the location of your additional logo, upload the logo/design and include any further information about your order in the notes section. if you are still unsure, please send us an email detailing your requirements along with a copy of your logos and we can provide you with the information you are looking for. Concerned About Stock Levels?

If you’re placing a large order, please hit the chat button or give us a quick call to check on current stock levels. *Please Note: We do our best to keep these as accurate as possible at the time of ordering, however, they are liable to change and may result in some delay of your order.

What Happens After I’ve Placed My Order?

Once you have placed your order, our artwork team will look over your uploaded logos and contact you if they have any questions/queries. When uploading your artwork, we ask for vector files such as PDF, EPS or AI. If you upload a low res file we may need to charge a design fee of £15 per logo. You will also receive emails providing updates to your order.

Do I Receive A Mock-Up/Visual?

A mockup will only be provided if you’ve selected the Premium Setup option. By choosing the Premium Setup option, you will receive a proof of what your logo will look like on the hat. After approving this, we will get to work on digitising your logo(s). We will then send you a digital proof of the embroidered file that we receive from our digitisers. Once approved, we will then get to work on running off a test sample onto a hat. We will then send this to you either by WhatsApp/Email for you to approve prior to your order going into production.

We’re pretty damn good at what we do, so generally, our customers let us decide what would look best for your design. We may give you a call to discuss this with you but it’s not always necessary.

Things To Consider:

– Not all logos can be 3D embroidered. View our 3D embroidery page HERE to view some tips about getting the best results
– We do our best to try and represent the cap colour images as close as possible.
– Artwork must be the same on all units. You can however, have a different selection of cap colours to make up the unit quantity.
