Our Thread Colours
Designs can have up to 15 different colours in them. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest numbers of colours possible.
Please let us know which colour threads you'd like to use in the notes section or optionally you can let us pick the colours for you.
Please Note: Different screens can display colors differently. Colors are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.

Flat or 3D Embroidery
Flat Stitch: This is mainly used on complex logos with small details and multiple colours or designs and small text.
3D/Puff Embroidery: Best for large script style fonts with a minimum stitch width of 3mm.
Special Effect Embroidery: We can also offer multiple different effects for your embroidery, so if you're looking for something a bit different, please get in touch to discuss your options. (This will incur extra costs).

Embroidery Placement
Centered Designs: Our standard sizing for centered designs is 50mm tall and 100mm wide (in proportion). The maximum embroidery area size is 150mm wide by 70mm tall.
Offset Designs: Maximum 50mm tall and 80mm wide. We will use the maximum space we can on the side panel (while keeping your designs proportions).
If you would like different dimensions than our standards, please let us know in the order notes above.

What Does The Cost Include?
1 x front embroidered logo up to 12,000 stitches in either flat or 3D embroidery. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the cap.
Can I Mix'n'Match Colours Of Caps?
If you are ordering 12+ caps, you can order for example, 4 x black, 4 x grey and 4 x navy caps - just let us know in the notes section.
Can I have Different Coloured Thread?
As long as your design/logo remains the same you can choose for example; 4 hats with black thread, 4 hats with white thread and 4 hats with navy thread.

The premium curved visor cap is made with time-proven Flexfit technology and offers unrivalled wearer comfort, aided by an innovative polyacrylic material. Its style is defined by a curved visor with parallel decorative seams and a straightforward single-colour design. One size fits all, fine-tuned with the snapback closure at the back of the head.

Custom Cap Ordering Information
What Are My Options?
All custom caps include 1 x front embroidered flat stitch or 3D stitch logo up to 10,000 stitches. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the front of the cap. There are many different colour cap options to choose from. If you are ordering 12 or more caps and you are wanting a mixture of cap colours, please note these down in the notes section.
Flat Stitch or 3D Embroidery?
When placing your order, please let us know in the notes section if you require flat stitch or 3D embroidery. Please Note: Not all logos can be made into 3D embroidery, any questions just hit our chat button or send us a quick email with your logo.
What If I Want More Than 1 Logo?
If you’re wanting a logo on the front and a logo on the side and/or back – please send us an email detailing your requirements along with a copy of your logos and we can provide you with a quote. SEND EMAIL
Concerned About Stock Levels?
If you’re placing a large order, please hit the chat button or give us a quick call to check on current stock levels. *Please Note: We do our best to keep these as accurate as possible at the time of ordering, however, they are liable to change and may result in some delays.
What Happens After I’ve Placed My Order?
Once you have placed your order, our artwork team will look over your uploaded logos and contact you if they have any questions/queries. When uploading your artwork, we ask for high res 300dpi JPEG files or vector files such as PDF, EPS or AI. If you upload a low res file we may need to charge a design fee of £15 per logo.
Do I Receive A Mock-Up/Visual?
We can provide you with a mock-up but it will delay your order by approx 5 working days. We’re pretty damn good at what we do, so generally, our customers let us decide what would look/be best for your design. We may give you a call to discuss this with you but it’s not always necessary. If you do require a mock-up, please note this in the notes section.
Things To Consider:
– Not all logos can be 3D stitched. View our 3D embroidery page HERE to view some tips about getting the best results
– We do our best to try and represent the cap colour images as close as possible
– Artwork must be the same on all units. You can however, have a different selection of cap colours to make up the unit quantity.
