Before placing your order, please take a look at the below to understand the information we require about your order
Our Thread Colours
Designs can have up to 15 different colours in them. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest numbers of colours possible.
Please let us know which colour threads you'd like to use in the notes section or optionally you can let us pick the colours for you.
Please Note: Different screens can display colors differently. Colors are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.

Flat or 3D Embroidery
Flat Stitch: This is mainly used on complex logos with small details and multiple colours or designs and small text.
3D/Puff Embroidery: Best for large script style fonts with a minimum stitch width of 3mm.
Special Effect Embroidery: We can also offer multiple different effects for your embroidery, so if you're looking for something a bit different, please get in touch to discuss your options. (This will incur extra costs).

Embroidery Placement
Centered Designs: Our standard sizing for centered designs is 50mm tall and 100mm wide (in proportion). The maximum embroidery area size is 150mm wide by 70mm tall.
Offset Designs: Maximum 50mm tall and 80mm wide. We will use the maximum space we can on the side panel (while keeping your designs proportions).
If you would like different dimensions than our standards, please let us know in the order notes above.
Embroidery Info
What Does The Cost Include?
1 x front embroidered logo up to 12,000 stitches in either flat or 3D embroidery. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the cap.
Can I Mix'n'Match Colours Of Caps?
If you are ordering 12+ caps, you can order for example, 4 x black, 4 x grey and 4 x navy caps - just let us know in the notes section.
Can I have Different Coloured Thread?
As long as your design/logo remains the same you can choose for example; 4 hats with black thread, 4 hats with white thread and 4 hats with navy thread.

YP112 Flexfit Multicam® Cap
The MultiCam® pattern. A special camouflage pattern that is used worldwide, so, will no longer be worn exclusively by the special forces and other military but it will now flow into urban streetwear outfits because it’s now seen as stylish headwear. The protected design, originally planned for the U.S. army, in combination with a high quality of the cap, ensures best wearing comfort and an impressing new headwear.

Please Note: All embroideries must be the same colour.
All Branded Units included a front centre 3D Embroidery up to 10,000 stitched. Please Note: not all artworks can be made into a 3D logo, any questions just hit our chat button.
Customise your garment your way hassle free, with multiple colours to choose from all you need to do is send us your artwork. **Please note artwork must be the same on all units and the same embroidery colour. You can have a selection of cap colours.
See our images for all the colours available in this range, concerned about stock don’t worry click this link for a break down of the stock availability on each colour. *please note we do our best to keep these as accurate as possible.
Once you have placed your order we will be in contact to collect all artwork files from you. You will then receive a visual proof of your order from our artwork team to confirm before we head into production.
***PLEASE NOTE: The final artwork sent can be amended maximum of 3 times (minor changes, sizing or deductions), although any new artworks, fonts or locations will be charged.
Things to consider:
– Not all logos can be 3D stitched. View our 3D embroidery page HERE to view some tips about getting the best results
– We do our best to try and represent the cap colours as close as possible
– Artwork must be the same on all units and the same embroidery colour. You can however, have a different selection of cap colours.
