YP051 Flexfit Tactical Mesh CapÂ
The Flexfit tactical mesh is a real performer and looks fabulous to boot. The special ultra-fibre fabric is super-light and water-repellent and thanks to the matching air mesh back, this cap is also breathable. The patented Flexfit technology ensures the greatest wearing comfort. Another essential for any event.

Custom Cap Ordering Information & Process
What Are My Options?
All our custom caps include 1 x front embroidered flat stitch or 3D stitch logo. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the front of the cap. There are many different colour cap options to choose from. If you are ordering 12 or more caps and you are wanting a mixture of cap colours, please note these down in the notes section. If we don’t receive the breakdown of cap colours in the notes we will only order the colour you’ve selected in the order.
Flat Stitch or 3D Embroidery?
When placing your order you will have the option whether you would like your logo to be produced in flat stitch or 3D embroidery. Please Note: Not all logos can be made into 3D embroidery, this option is best simple big fonts or simple designs. If you have any questions just hit our chat button or send us a quick email with your logo and our design team will get back to you as soon as possible.
What If I Want More Than 1 Logo?
If you’re wanting additional logos on your hat, simply select the options you’d like to add. A second logo digitisation fee of £20 will automatically be added to your order and each additional embroidery will cost £3.50. Once you’ve selected the location of your additional logo, upload the logo/design and include any further information about your order in the notes section. if you are still unsure, please send us an email detailing your requirements along with a copy of your logos and we can provide you with the information you are looking for. What Happens After I’ve Placed My Order?
Once you have placed your order, our artwork team will look over your uploaded logos and contact you if they have any questions/queries. When uploading your artwork, we ask for vector files such as PDF, EPS or AI. If you upload a low res file we may need to charge a design fee of £15 per logo. You will also receive emails providing updates to your order.
Do I Receive A Mock-Up/Visual?
A mockup will only be provided if you’ve selected the Premium Setup option. By choosing the Premium Setup option, you will receive a proof of what your logo will look like on the hat. After approving this, we will get to work on digitising your logo(s). We will then send you a digital proof of the embroidered file that we receive from our digitisers. Once approved, we will then get to work on running off a test sample onto a hat. We will then send this to you either by WhatsApp/Email for you to approve prior to your order going into production.
We’re pretty damn good at what we do, so generally, our customers let us decide what would look best for your design. We may give you a call to discuss this with you but it’s not always necessary.
Things To Consider:
– Not all logos can be 3D embroidered. View our 3D embroidery page HERE to view some tips about getting the best results
– We do our best to try and represent the cap colour images as close as possible.
– Artwork must be the same on all units. You can however, have a different selection of cap colours to make up the unit quantity.

EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
Here's some helpful information just incase you have some questions about the type of embroidery or thread colours.
Thread Colours
Designs can have a maximum of 15 different colours. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest number of colours possible.
We stock over 100 different coloured threads. Here's just a small selection of some of our most popular colours. We always do our best to match the colours in your logo to the closest match of thread but it you require a particular pantone colour, please get in touch with us.
Please Note: Different screens can display colours differently. Colours are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.

Flat, 3D or Specialist Embroidery
Flat Stitch Embroidery
Flat stitch embroidery is best for intricate designs. Like any types of embroidery, there are limitations. If you have small text in your design, we require the height of your text to be at least 7mm in height to achieve clear embroidery results.
3D Puff Embroidery

Customisation Questions
What Are My Options?
All custom caps include 1 x front embroidered logo up to 12,000 stitches. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the front of the cap. There are many different colour cap options to choose from.
What If I Want More Than 1 Logo?
If you’re wanting a logo on the front and a logo on the side and/or back – please send us an email detailing your requirements along with a copy of your logos and we can provide you with a quote. SEND EMAIL

- UK: £8.95+Vat for Royal Mail or DPD Next Business Day (After Production)
- INTERNATIONAL EUROPE: From £14.99 for DPD International 2-5 Business Days Delivery (After Production). All International orders will incur import taxes and fees.
- INTERNATIONAL WORLDWIDE: From £40.00 For DPD International 3-10 Business Days Delivery (After Production). All International orders will incur import taxes and fees.
- RETURNS POLICY: All custom/personalised items are non-returnable unless a fault has occurred within the embroidery process . If you have ordered a blank sample, a 5% re-stocking fee will be applicable and you will be liable for the return postage cost.
Sample Hats
- SAMPLE HATS: Sample hats can be bought for you to try on for size or to check the quality of the products. The hats will be chargeable and delivery is £8.95 via Royal Mail. If you return the hat and place an order, we can refund you the price of the hat.
- RETURNING SAMPLES: Upon returning your samples, you will be charged a small re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the hat. You will be liable for the cost of returning the hats.
