Features:
The first thing you notice about this fashion-led beanie is the extra-large cuff, which takes inspiration from premium Scandi streetwear trends, and provides generous space for decoration. The heavy engineered knit makes the B384R super-comfortable to wear, whilst maintaining its shape. An exaggerated crown, oversized cuff and a muted colour palette are modern design features which make this a truly retail-ready style.
Washing Instructions: Do not wash, bleach, Iron, tumble dry or dry clean.

Customisation Questions
What Are My Options?
All custom caps/beanies include 1 x front embroidered logo up to 12,000 stitches. You can opt to have your logo embroidered on the left, centre or right hand side of the front of the cap. There are many different colour cap options to choose from.
What If I Want More Than 1 Logo?
If you’re wanting a logo on the front and a logo on the side and/or back – please send us an email detailing your requirements along with a copy of your logos and we can provide you with a quote. SEND EMAIL
Concerned About Stock Levels?
If you’re placing a large order, please hit the chat button or give us a quick call to check on current stock levels. *Please Note: We do our best to keep these as accurate as possible at the time of ordering, however, they are liable to change and may result in some delays.
What Happens After I’ve Placed My Order?
If you’ve opted for the Standard Setup, we will get straight to work on getting your logo digitised and your order added to our production schedule.
If you’ve chosen Premium Setup, we will check your artwork and make any necessary changes to create the best embroidery possible. We will then send you a mockup of your cap/beanie for approval. After your approval, our embroidery team will run a test of the embroidery onto flat fabric. Once they are happy with the results, they will be sent to you to approve. After approval, your order will go into production.
Do I Receive A Mock-Up/Visual?
If you’ve selected the Premium Setup option, a visual mockup will be sent to you to approve prior to us running test samples of your artwork.
Things To Consider:
– Not all logos can be 3D embroidered. View our 3D embroidery page HERE to view some tips about getting the best results
– We do our best to try and represent the cap colour images as close as possible
– Artwork must be the same on all units. You can however, have a different selection of cap colours to make up the unit quantity.
All our hats are available to have your own logo, initials and or name customised on them. Therefore, check out the other hats in the SHOP.

EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
Here's some helpful information just incase you have some questions about the type of embroidery or thread colours.
Thread Colours
Designs can have a maximum of 15 different colours. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest number of colours possible.
We stock over 100 different coloured threads. Here's just a small selection of some of our most popular colours. We always do our best to match the colours in your logo to the closest match of thread but it you require a particular pantone colour, please get in touch with us.
Please Note: Different screens can display colours differently. Colours are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.

Flat, 3D or Specialist Embroidery
Flat Stitch Embroidery
Flat stitch embroidery is best for intricate designs. Like any types of embroidery, there are limitations. If you have small text in your design, we require the height of your text to be at least 7mm in height to achieve clear embroidery results.
3D Puff Embroidery

What Happens After I’ve Placed My Order?
Once you have placed your order, our artwork team will look over your uploaded logos and contact you if they have any questions/queries. When uploading your artwork, we ask for high res 300dpi JPEG files or vector files such as PDF, EPS, SVG or AI. If you upload a low res file we may need to charge a design fee of £25+vat per logo.

- UK: £8.95+Vat for Royal Mail or DPD Next Business Day (After Production)
- INTERNATIONAL EUROPE: From £14.99 for DPD International 2-5 Business Days Delivery (After Production). All International orders will incur import taxes and fees.
- INTERNATIONAL WORLDWIDE: From £40.00 For DPD International 3-10 Business Days Delivery (After Production). All International orders will incur import taxes and fees.
- RETURNS POLICY: All custom/personalised items are non-returnable unless a fault has occurred within the embroidery process . If you have ordered a blank sample, a 5% re-stocking fee will be applicable and you will be liable for the return postage cost.
Sample Hats
- SAMPLE HATS: Sample hats can be bought for you to try on for size or to check the quality of the products. The hats will be chargeable and delivery is £8.95 via Royal Mail. If you return the hat and place an order, we can refund you the price of the hat.
- RETURNING SAMPLES: Upon returning your samples, you will be charged a small re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the hat. You will be liable for the cost of returning the hats.
