WE HAVE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED OUT MORE THAN 1,500 ORDERS TO CUSTOMERS LOCATED ALL OVER THE WORLD. HERE YOU’LL FIND INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SHIPPING SERVICES AS WELL AS OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED VIA DPD NEXT DAY.
BLANK ITEMS – WE MAY NOT BE HOLDING THE BLANK ITEMS IN STOCK, SO PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS – ALL OUR EMBROIDERED/PRINTED TO ORDER ITEMS WILL BE ORDERED IN FROM OUR SUPPLIER AND EXPECTED LEADTIMES ARE 2-3 WEEKS FROM RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, HOWEVER, WE DO EXPERIENCE BUSY PERIODS WHERE THIS TIMEFRAME MIGHT NOT BE POSSIBLE.

RETURNS
ALL RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ORDER IS RECEIVED. AS LIKE MANY OTHER SUPPLIERS, WE DON’T HOLD STOCK OF MOST OF OUR ITEMS AND IF UNWANTED GOODS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO OUR SUPPLIER, A SURCHARGE OF 5% OF THE COST OF THE ITEM WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER THE SUPPLIERS RE-STOCKING FEE AND THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE. ELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY ARE RECEIVED AND SHIPPED BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING – INCLUDING YOUR RECEIPT/INVOICE OF PURCHASE.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM AND/OR PERSONALISED ITEMS, ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED IN THE WRONG COLOUR/SIZE/STYLE/PATTERN OR ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. WE CAN HOWEVER ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE INSTANCE WHERE WE, DESIGN BY CREATIVE LTD, HAVE MADE A MISTAKE OR THE GARMENTS THEMSELVES ARE FAULTY.
YOU, THE CUSTOMER, WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RECEIVE A REFUND, PROVIDING THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE AS DESIGN BY CREATIVE LTD DOES NOT AND CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S).
TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] INCLUDING YOUR ORDER/INVOICE NUMBER AND A BRIEF EXPLANATION FOR YOUR RETURN REASON OF YOUR REQUESTED RETURN ITEM(S).
CANCELLED ORDERS (RETURNING OF GOODS)
WE HAVE A STRICT 7 DAY POLICY ON RETURNING OF UNWANTED GOODS/CANCELLED ORDERS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE. THIS IS DUE TO OUR SUPPLIERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH RETURNING OF GOODS. YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A 7% TOTAL VALUE FEE ON ANY GOODS THAT WE, DESIGN BY CREATIVE LTD, HAVE TO RETURN BACK TO OUR SUPPLIERS. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE 7 DAYS OR FAIL TO ADVISE US OF YOUR CANCELLED ORDER WITHIN THE 7 DAYS GIVEN, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN ANY UNWANTED GOODS AND THEREFORE YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRODUCT PRICE OF THE GARMENTS.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
ONCE YOUR RETURN REACHES OUR OFFICE AND IS INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM AND WHETHER OR NOT YOUR REFUND WAS ACCEPTED OR ELIGIBLE.
IF YOUR ITEM IS APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND A CREDIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED TO THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT UNDER WHICH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE WAS MADE. IF YOU PAID VIA BANK TRANSFER, YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS TO US SO THAT WE CAN CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE NOTE, PAYPAL PAYMENTS MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DON’T RECEIVE YOUR REFUND WITHIN THE TIME FRAMES ABOVE, PLEASE CONTACT PAYPAL, AS IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR THEM TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED ON ALL REGULAR PRICED ITEMS ONLY. UNFORTUNATELY, DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE ON AN “AS-IS” SALE STATUS AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
PRODUCT EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS WITH SIZING ISSUES, AND MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME PARENT PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE. ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN CUSTOMISED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES. THESE ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY ARE RECEIVED, AND SHIPPED BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING – INCLUDING YOUR RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
