Well… first job completed on the new ZSK Sprint 8. This machine is a beast!! Through initial testing, we ran 10mm of foam, yes 10mm and the results were incredible. The all new take up arms and premium cap frame really do help with creating the best 3D embroidery, coupled by our digitizing team, the finish is so clean & neat - no heat guns in sight!
On this particular job, we used our standard 3mm @madeirauk hard bodybuilder foam but tomorrow I’m going to run the design again and show you just what this machine is capable of.

We had the pleasure of producing some custom hats that were given to @mrbrainwash in Cheltenham at the @clarendonfineartofficial Gallery for the unveiling of ‘Bridge Of Dreams’.
#mrbrainwash latest commission featured a place close to our hearts, the beautiful city of Bristol. The painting featured some of the iconic sights of Bristol like #banksy famous pieces, the SS Great Britain, the hot air balloons with the main feature of the piece being the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
Not only did we get to meet Mr.Brainwash but he signed two of the hats we produced for our boys! Stoked.
